CircumBurke 18: This slightly shorter is version is by no means easy. With over 2000 feet of climbing, riders will find this route challenging and difficult – even without some of the singletrack in Victory. CLEAN WATER CARBON OFFSETS: Driving to events like the CircumBurke inevitably results in carbon dioxide emissions, which undermine the forests we enjoy. To offset this damage, competitors are offered the option to buy a $2 carbon offset through the ClearWater Carbon Fund. By planting trees in riverbanks and their buffer areas in VERMONT, the Fund not only sequesters and stores carbon dioxide and generates a certified carbon offset, but also protects our rivers and streams. One way to slow down our destruction of the planet. Please visit for more information.
